People touch you in different ways throughout your life. Some have a positive influence and others may not.  I look back at the people who had an affect on my life.  I learned from the positive and negative influences - learning what behaviors to replicate and those in which not to. 

Mentors in your life can offer positive inspiration to your success and contribute to building the foundation for the journey.  I am fortunate to have had numerous wonderful mentors throughout my life.  It is important to me to share my knowledge and experiences with others. My goal is to be a exceptional mentor and contribute to building the foundation for the journey of others.

You never know where your next mentor may come from.  The best way to get a mentor for the area you are interested in is to ASK them to be your mentor.  If you don't ASK, you'll never know.  And what is the worst thing that can happen - they might say no?  If they say no, it could be that they are too busy right now and can do it later.
