Conference Exposure:

GCS Preview Weekly Countdown:

Facilitated Mastermind Session:
Experienced people from Gold and Platinum sponsors will have the opportunity to facilitate one round table discussion on a particular topic during the Mastermind Session. This is an excellent opportunity to make one-on-one contacts for lasting relationships.

Attendee List Access:
At your choosing, sponsor will have one time access to the attendee mailing list post–show through a third party bonded mail house. Sponsor must optionally initiate work effort if they select this option.  All costs will be the responsibility of the sponsor.

Note: HTHTS must approve content prior to the mailing and this requires signing a list use agreement.

Case Study Speaking Opportunity :
Invite a high level, high profile customer to present a case study within the conference program. Corporate literature may be displayed at the back of the session room.  Must provide speaker and company name by February 28, 2006 to be included in the program.

This conference luncheon sponsorship will allow a representative from your company to present a 5-minute introduction and thank you during the luncheon. We will also provide a literature table where we will put your corporate collateral for attendees to read during breaks in the conference. Lanyards:

As the “Owner” of one of the event’s most sought-after promotional opportunities, you won’t be missed as the sponsor of the conference lanyards (badge holder neck straps). Your logo will be printed on a brightly designed lanyard that will be worn by attendees around their necks to hold their conference badge.

Bingo "Exposure" Cards:

Participate in the Bingo card scavenger hunt driving people to your booth or to find you at the activity you sponsored to get a stamp on their card.  A completed card qualifies them for the drawing for a free conference pass for an upcoming HDP or GCS conference or seminar event of their choosing.
