5th Annual Conference for
Government Customer Support Professionals on June 14-15, 2006 in
Arlington, Virginia to meet and learn from the industry's top
experts and leading Government service and support agencies. I want one of the limited seats at this exclusive
event so I can participate in this valuable learning experience.
I understand that my conference tuition not
only includes my attendance to the full event, but an added bonus of
a Mastermind Session, meals, facilitated
networking sessions, and access to attendee mentors to ensure I meet all the
right people. People will facilitate
opportunities for me to meet with other attendees at
this event, including the speakers, industry leaders, and leading
vendors, if I ask.
I will receive a flash drive (USB

I understand that my tuition is just $1295.00
for the conference, which is a tiny fraction of the actual value I'll receive from your

completely convinced of the value of the resources and education, I can ask for a
refund of the money I've paid for the conference only and you'll promptly write me a
refund check or credit my charge card within 30 days of the event.
This does not apply to the certification courses offered on the 13th
and 14th. They have their own guarantee policy.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that all GCS conference cancellations must be
submitted to High Tech High Touch Solutions in writing by email,
mail, or fax and received no later than May 1st, 2006 in order
to receive a refund. There will be a $200 cancellation fee
applied to all cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made
after May 1st, regardless of when the registration was received. Cancellations are not considered official
without
a confirmation receipt. Substitutions will gladly be accepted in
writing without penalty or a credit may be given to attend a future
GCS or HDP event within one year.
